He's since been with more bands than anyone in a lifetime, and although he appears in this tongue-in-cheek video of Ricky C Quartet, it seems he's now in some other project called... Michael Jackson?[endtext]

Non-vernacular speakers might find this songlist of selected languages elusive, and non-Welsh Saxon blabbers won't get the meaning -if there's any- of Gruff Rhys' mother tongue, although that proved no matter to followers of Wales' own Super Furry Animals: their only release entirely in Welsh language sold enough well out of their borders for fans demanding more share of cymraeg stuff at their overseas gigs. One would even wonder why won't they give up singing in English already, but either way the Furries sound as good as ever.

Be ddaeth gyntaf, yr wy neu'r ceiliog coch?
