This excerpt of Greek cult flick Τα Βαποράκια may be representative of how Νικόλας Άσιμος's life was: ever busking around Πλάκα, he recorded an amount of self-made tapes that would put Daniel Johnston's own to shame. Most of his work he sold it himself while on the street or was released posthumously after his third -and succesful- suicide attempt, on March 17, 1988.
