Not Josh Homme's Dessert Sessions

Eswegh atay ihan elkas azzar s-ulhin har tisantas.
Of late I've become addicted to these Tuaregs from Tinariwen (Tamasheq for «the deserts», which is both the name of the group and that of their homeland). Not that Josh Homme's Dessert Sessions are less inspiring, but these people really mean it: they've swallowed sand all of his life, they've fought -yep, with weapons- for their folk and they play vintage equipment because there ain't many guitar stores where they belong to... although, three decades and five studio albums later, they're one of the so-called Third World most talked-about acts, even by the likes of Bono, Robert Plant or the RHCP.
